This notice describes the public Garage marketing website at www.avrenorgarage.com and its demo form. It does not describe every data-processing activity inside the signed-in Garage application.

Information in the demo form

The form asks for your name, work email, company and fleet-size range. An additional note is optional. Please do not include payment-card details, driver’s license images or sensitive customer records in this form.

How a demo request is sent

When you submit the form, the website sends these details through Resend to info@avrenor.com. Your work email is used as the reply-to address so the team can respond. The form is used for demo inquiries; it does not sign you up to a marketing newsletter.

The form does not create a Garage account or store the inquiry in the Garage application database. The inquiry is processed by the email service and the receiving mailbox. Those services may retain messages and delivery records.

Technical information and website services

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and served through Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request information and use security cookies. The form checks requests to reduce invalid submissions and repeated sends.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Fetching them makes a request to Google’s font services. This website does not currently add Google Analytics or an advertising pixel in its own page code.

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or discuss deletion of a demo inquiry, email info@avrenor.com. Include enough context to identify the inquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Using the application

Rental, customer, payment and document information entered into the signed-in application is outside the scope of this website notice. Contact us for information relevant to your intended application use.
